EHC Packages

Our packages are completely virtual and each client receives a portfolio which includes:

• A formal write-up: This addresses the client’s property issues after we receive their questionnaire and photos through our online application. In our write-up, we give thorough suggestions for the overall aesthetical improvement of the property such as editing the space, furniture placement, and décor advice.

• Inspiration Boards: Each Inspiration Board will show décor products that EHC recommends for the particular room/space. The client can choose to purchase these products using the links provided. The number of Inspiration Boards produced per portfolio depends upon the need which is at the discretion of EHC.

• Catalog of Helpful Checklists: Via our website, each client will receive a password to access our Catalog of Helpful Checklists that every host needs in order to provide a guest-friendly space.

• Follow-up Assistance: Once the project is completed, the portfolio is sent to the client and they implement our suggestions. We are here to assist with follow-up questions via a series of emails (up to three to/from correspondance). An hourly rate can apply thereafter. All correspondence is via email.

The Cottage Package: $375

For guest houses, studios and condominiums with one bedroom and one bathroom.

The Bungalow Package: $525

For homes and condominiums with two bedrooms & one to two bathrooms.

The Villa Package: $685

For homes and condominiums with three bedrooms & two to three bathrooms.

*Packages also include a living space, a kitchen and dining space, and an outdoor living space, if applicable in the write-up. If more spaces are added to a project, an hourly rate may apply.

Larger Properties, etc.

We offer an hourly rate for larger vacation properties and B&Bs, and we may also offer in-person consultations for more detailed services. Please inquire at contact@consultelle.com.
