What does Elle Hospitality Consulting do?

We are a virtual consulting firm that assists owners of vacation rental properties by making their spaces more guest-friendly. We offer practical and creative suggestions based upon the spaces we see in the pictures that the client sends to us. We also offer our online Catalog of Helpful Checklists for the client to access to help them in setting up their property for guests.


What does Elle Hospitality Consulting not do?

We do not purchase products for a vacation property, nor do we visit the property as the service is completely virtual. The property owner takes our suggestions and has access to the Catalog of Helpful Checklists we offer and does the implementing themselves. This keeps the services affordable for the homeowner. We do not incorporate any social, political or religious messaging in our design. We do not work with property management companies or online management sites to increase your property’s status within their search engine. We assist you in making your property visually appealing and comfortable for your guests so they will want to leave you with an excellent review.


What does the process of becoming a client look like?

Your journey towards becoming a client begins by contacting us via email or through our contact page on our website so that we can introduce ourselves and answer any initial questions you may have.  If you’d like to move forward, we’ll send you our Welcome Package which includes the following:  a questionnaire that includes a link to submitting pictures of your property, as well as an invoice for services with our Client Agreement attached. Once we receive a completed Welcome Package, we’ll give you a timeline for the completion of your project.

Next, we’ll begin a thorough write-up of suggestions for your property and will create an Inspiration Board of items and colors that would work well in your space. Meanwhile, you’ll have access to our online Catalog of Helpful Checklists to assist you in setting-up your property for your guests.  We will email your project when it has been completed, and we’ll be available via a series of emails to answer questions you may have regarding implementing the suggestions we have made. 


My property has nothing in it. Can you help?

Absolutely! A fresh canvas is a great way to start.


How do I enhance my property with a small budget?

In many cases, editing your space is half the battle. Let us also help you figure out ways to use what you already have. Sometimes a little direction and DIY will go a long way.


Can Elle Hospitality Consulting guarantee that I will see an increase in my bookings and online ratings?

With our experience, we believe that we can help even the most challenging property. While we cannot offer a formal guarantee, we do believe that there will be an improvement in the guests’ overall experience as long as our clients are willing to implement the suggestions we give. The level of success depends upon many factors, most of which are within the control of the client.


Can I ask for a refund if I do not agree with the suggestions made?

As a consulting firm, we promise to offer you the best suggestions based upon our experience and expertise in our field. We do not offer refunds for the time and effort that we have put into our client’s projects. However, it is very important to us that you are happy with your experience. We encourage our clients to be realistic and upfront with us about their expectations so that we can be of best service to them.
